so if you have been keeping up on stuff on my blog, you may have caught a clue to a big change that's happening in my life soon. well, the time is here, and this is it:

i've made the trip before, but this time i'm driving and taking all my stuff with me. it's a shorter trip than many of my other wanderings, but this one scares me the most. i've never had so little waiting on the other end (i hafta find a job and a permanent place once i get there)... and at the same time so much. it's freaking me out.

i don't have a lot of time to write because, as usual, i've procrastinated, and i have a lot of packing to do before i leave tomorrow morning, plus i hafta turn in my modem to the cable company soon.  i just wanted to warn anybody who cares that entries may be even scarcer in the days to come. i will be getting settled into my new home and spending lots and lots of time with my special boy.

i am excited beyond all reason.
